Garlic n Ginger in Gulshan features a great buffet with over 100 selections. Like the Le-Meridian, the buffet has sushi and salads, but the nihari is what makes it special. The savory sauce goes well with crispy luchis.
In contrast to other buffets, you get a bottle of water and a soft drink of your choice.
The Chinese dishes were too hot, and the desserts, especially milk-based ones like shahi tukra, smelt and tasted awful. This soured an otherwise excellent spread.
The buffet’s large assortment of foods and nihari make it a fantastic value for Tk 1,200, and we highly suggest it. Chinese food and desserts may be lucky for you!
