This process has two categories- One is post paid and another is prepaid method.

The process is following:-

Firstly, go to the Bangladesh Power Development Board (DPDC)website.(www.dpdc.org.bd)

Then secondly, choose option like Visa card, Master card, Credit card, or Debit card and also can choose any bank like BRAC, DBBL etc. For online banking users can select the Southeast bank, Mutual trust bank, AB bank, Prime bank, etc.

Thirdly, After the bank selection, the users have to put information, customers numbers, card PIN, And paid amount on the website.

You just need to go to the Pay Bills option on the mobile app and select option of ‘Electricity Bills’ And then you need to select the utility provider from the drop menu. After that just fill the amount and put forward. After then The user will be asked to double-check the transaction. Then the client will receive an SMS or email for a successful transaction.
