02. Bus Service
The most common and convenient way to get to Cox’s Bazar is by bus, and it also happens to be the cheapest. On a daily basis, hundreds of buses leave Dhaka towards that location. Depending on the amount of traffic, the trip could take anywhere from eight to nine hours.
It’s important to note that bus services can vary. There are luxury buses, including sleeper coaches, available. The majority of buses are air conditioned. However, there are also several bus routes that do not feature air conditioning if you are looking for the cheapest option.

03. Trains
Unfortunately, getting to Cox’s Bazar from Dhaka via train isn’t an option. Please use public transportation. Getting to Chittagong requires either a bus ride or a vehicle rental. To reach Chittagong, you can board any one of more than five trains. Some of them are express and some are local. For a more luxurious experience, choose the express train’s premium car. Food and drink can be purchased at onboard eateries. Names like the “Chittagong express,” “Turna,” and “Nishita” all signify excellent train travel.
If you’re looking for a relaxing trip, your best bet is to skip the local train altogether because of its frequent stops and lack of air conditioning.
04. Rental Cars and Ride Sharing
Hire a car or microbus for a pleasant trip where you can stop for scenery and coffee. It’s better for family travel.
Driver-driven rental services can get you there safely. You can drive a rented car. They charge extra for the driver service, but you can enjoy the journey with your travel companions.
You may rent Uber too. Because Uber isn’t available beyond Dhaka, you’ll have to pay hourly. It may cost extra, but it’s worth it.
